How to read this page
The thresholds are published so a colour is not the only thing you have to go on.
- Verification network is degraded below 80% of IPs healthy and in rotation, and an outage below 35%. Routine warm-up and rest cycles keep it under 100% at all times; that is normal.
- Job processing is judged on the age of the oldest waiting task, not the depth of the queue. Degraded past five minutes, outage past thirty.
- Backup verification providers counts only providers an operator has enabled for failover. "Not measured" means none are enabled — verification runs on our own network alone, which is the default.
- An incident is announced here only when an operator publishes its banner. Declaring an incident internally and telling you about it are two deliberate acts.
